Describing people
Imagine you are lost and you can't see your teacher, or your friends, or your parents... What would you do?
The best thing is to describe them: their hair, their body, eyes, special features, clothing...
When we describe body features we use the verb "to have got".
When we describe hair we follow this rule: length-style-colour.
Ex. She's got long straight black hair.
clothing
When we talk about clothes we use the verb "to wear".
He's wearing a scarf and sunglasses.
And clothes in winter are different to clothes in summer.
Winter -> raincoat, coat, jacket, winter hat, rain boots, raincoat, gloves, scarf, etc.
Summer -> swimsuit, cap, sunglasses, googles, sandals, etc.
Daily clothes --> jeans, dress, skirt, shoes, trainers (sneakers), trousers, traksuit, t-shirt, shirt, blouse, tights, etc.
ADJECTIVES RELATED TO PERSONALITY
He's rich.
To talk about personality we use the verb "to be".
I'm imaginative. = I am
She's brave. = She is
You're lucky. = You are
They're strong. = They are
We're kind. = We are
